Founded in 2023 by Johan Lince, Lince Contracting Company LLC is a licensed and insured renovation and home improvement contractor serving Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx.
Although the company was established in 2023, our team includes experienced tradespeople with many years of hands-on experience in flooring and interior renovation work. We combine that experience with direct project oversight, clear communication, and careful workmanship from start to finish.

Johan Lince founded Lince Contracting Company in 2023. As owner-operator, he oversees client communication, estimates, scheduling, material purchasing, and project coordination. His direct involvement helps keep each renovation organized from the initial conversation through completion.

Team members have completed OSHA 30-Hour Construction Outreach training focused on common jobsite hazards and safety awareness.
We maintain general liability, workers’ compensation, and disability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
