Founded in 2023, Lince Contracting Company is a licensed and insured home improvement contractor serving New York City. We combine experienced tradespeople with direct project oversight to provide clear proposals, consistent communication, and careful workmanship on every project. From the initial assessment through the final walkthrough, our goal is to provide a well-organized process and results our clients can trust.
OUR SERVICES
We coordinate interior renovation projects from the initial assessment through final completion. Our work may include selective demolition, surface preparation, flooring, drywall, plaster, painting, trim, doors, windows, and other services included in the approved project scope.
We install new hardwood flooring and sand and refinish existing wood floors. Natural and stained finish options are available. We use professional materials, including Bona waterborne polyurethane when appropriate, to achieve a smooth and durable finish.
We install and repair drywall, restore damaged plaster, and prepare smooth surfaces for primer and paint. Our work ranges from small repairs to drywall installation throughout entire rooms.
We apply skim coats to worn, uneven, or previously damaged walls to create a smooth and uniform surface ready for primer and paint.
We prepare and paint walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other interior surfaces using Benjamin Moore products selected for the space and desired finish.
We install crown molding, baseboards, door and window casings, and custom trim to create clean transitions and finished architectural details throughout the space.
We install interior doors, exterior doors, and replacement windows with careful alignment and a proper fit. Our work is completed with clean, finished details that improve function and appearance.
We clean patios, decks, fences, walkways, and selected exterior surfaces to remove dirt and buildup and improve their overall appearance.
We clean and prepare existing asphalt driveways before applying a thin and uniform sealcoat. Sealcoating refreshes aged asphalt, helps seal small surface voids, and can reduce surface deterioration. Crack filling and minor surface preparation are available when included in the approved project scope.

OUR PROCCESS
STEP 01
We begin with a brief conversation about the scope of work, property location, preferred timing, and known building requirements. After confirming that the project fits our services, we schedule a site assessment.
STEP 02
We inspect the work area, take measurements and photos, discuss materials and priorities, and identify building access, certificate of insurance, or permit requirements that may affect the project.
STEP 03
You receive a written proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated labor and materials, payment terms, exclusions, and anticipated schedule. Once the agreement is signed and the required deposit is received, we confirm the project start.
STEP 04
We coordinate the approved work, provide progress updates, and communicate proposed changes before additional work begins. After completion, we conduct a final walkthrough, address agreed items, and provide the final invoice and applicable warranty information.
