Acceptance of These Terms

These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of lincecontractingcompany.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Website Information

The website provides general information about Lince Contracting Company LLC, its services, experience, and completed work. Website content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a construction contract, professional design advice, engineering advice, or a binding offer.

Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to hire Lince Contracting Company LLC and does not obligate the company to accept a project.

Prices, schedules, availability, materials, and project requirements cannot be confirmed until the scope has been evaluated and documented in writing

Project Agreements

Construction and renovation services will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by the client and Lince Contracting Company LLC.

The signed project agreement will identify the scope of work, materials, price, payment schedule, estimated dates, warranties, exclusions, permits, cancellation rights, change orders, and other project-specific conditions.

If these Website Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will control with respect to that project

Licensing and Service Availability

Lince Contracting Company LLC is a New York City licensed Home Improvement Contractor.

NYC Home Improvement Contractor License: 2119450-DCWP

Service availability depends on the project location, scope, permit requirements, building rules, insurance requirements, and applicable licenses. Work requiring a separate professional or trade license will be performed only when appropriately addressed in the signed project agreement and completed by a properly licensed provider.

Hazardous or Regulated Materials

Conditions involving suspected lead, asbestos, or other regulated hazardous materials may require testing, containment, remediation, written clearance, or qualified outside professionals.

Applicable responsibilities and requirements will be addressed in the signed project agreement. Lince Contracting Company LLC will not perform regulated hazardous-material abatement unless properly authorized and expressly included in writing.
